Overview

The PIXPRO AZ425 Digital Camera features a long-reaching 42x zoom with recording capabilities. A 20MP CCD sensor enables recording high-resolution stills and full HD 1080p video. The expansive zoom covers a 24-1008mm equivalent focal length range, and the optical image stabilization helps to minimize the appearance of camera shake. The camera has a 3.0" LCD monitor, and the built-in flash for when you are shooting in low-light environments.

The 20MP 1/2.3" CMOS sensor produces high-resolution stills and HD 720p/30 video, and the sensitivity range of ISO 80-3200 suits working in a variety of lighting conditions.

The long-reaching 42x optical zoom lens provides a 24-1008mm equivalent focal length range, covering wide-angle to super-telephoto perspectives, and the 4x digital zoom will further extend the effective reach.

Optical image stabilization minimizes the appearance of camera shake when shooting handheld in difficult lighting conditions or with longer focal lengths.

The rear 3.0" 460k-dot LCD monitor is available for composing and reviewing imagery, as well as for navigating the menu system.

Face, Smile, Blink, Cat, and Dog detection modes can be used to optimize shooting settings to capture perfect portraits and pet pictures.

A built-in flash provides additional illumination when working in low-light conditions.
